Rachel's Big News

Rachel got her ears pierced today! She had considered it for the past few months but finally took the plunge this afternoon. She was very scared while sitting in the seat waiting for the girls to do the actual piercing. Here is the photo evidence:



I don't know if that photo does justice to the amount of fear she exhibited. Like a true soldier Rachel carried on and let the girls pierce her ears without shedding a tear. Here is the final result:



Rachel is so proud of herself and her new earrings. She is already asking for new pairs and is disappointed that she has to wait so long to buy them. Another funny part of this story is that Rachel is confident her big news will be featured tomorrow on the evening news here in New Hampshire and can't wait to watch it.
